These terms apply when you buy from Bragwater at this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Some larger sizes cost a little more, and the price for the size you pick is shown before you add it to your cart. Payment is taken by Stripe on a secure, Stripe-hosted checkout page. The total shown at checkout, before you pay, is the full amount you're charged.

Made to order

Every item is printed (or embroidered) to order by our print-on-demand partner, Printify, after your payment goes through. Colors on screen can look slightly different from the finished product, and exact measurements vary slightly by print provider (see the size chart).

Shipping

We ship within the United States only, and shipping is free. Items ship once they're made. See our shipping policy.

Returns and refunds

Because items are made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Damaged, misprinted or defective items are replaced or refunded if you email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. See returns & refunds.

Our designs

All Bragwater designs are original. Please don't copy or resell them without our permission.
