Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain language, what information Bragwater uses and why. We only use what we need to take your order, make it and ship it to you.

Your cart

What you add to your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it's still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you check out. You can clear it by emptying your cart or clearing your browser data.

Checkout and payment: Stripe

Payments are handled by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. At checkout, Stripe collects your name, email address, US shipping address and payment details. Bragwater never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe's use of your information is covered by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Making and shipping your order: Printify

Once your payment goes through, we send the items you ordered and your name, shipping address and email to Printify, our print-on-demand partner, so your order can be printed and shipped to you. Printify and its print providers use this information to fulfil and deliver your order.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit, in order to serve the site and keep it secure.

Visit counting

We count page visits without cookies or personal tracking to see which pages and links bring people in. We count add-to-cart clicks (with the product), checkout clicks and email signups the same way, without knowing who you are.

Emails

If you email us, we use your message and address to reply. We use your order email to send order-related messages, such as tracking details. We don't sell your information.

Email list

If you join our email list, we keep your email address (stored with our host, Cloudflare) to send you new designs and deals, and we show you a first-order discount code. To unsubscribe, reply to any of our emails or email support@bragwater.com.

Your choices

To ask what information we hold about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email support@bragwater.com. We may need to keep some order records, for example for payments and taxes.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
