The story
A largemouth blasts out of the water over a yellow 12-inch ruler. Measure twice, because the number is the number. Brag once, because you only get to announce it one time, so make it a good announcement. A funny bass fishing tee for the angler who brings a ruler to settle arguments, and wins them.
